Jack O’Boyle & Associates (‘JOA’) was founded in 1988 to meet the legal needs of the default servicing industry. The firm is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble. In addition to providing highly personalized end-to-end foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction representation in the state of Texas, the firm is also a leading provider of nationwide eviction and REO management services. JOA also represents many automotive lenders, handling Bankruptcy matters in all four U.S. Bankruptcy Districts within Texas.

Our clients include Freddie Mac, mortgage companies, mortgage servicers, REO asset management companies, banks, credit unions, automotive lenders, single-family residential real estate investment trusts (SFR REITs) and numerous out-of-state law firms in need of representation in Texas.
